About Duesback
Duesback builds AI agents that get people and small businesses back the money they're owed: overcharges, wrongful fees and denied claims.
Founded in 2026. Bootstrapped and founder-run. Independent, not affiliated with Meta.
Why
Most people are owed money they will never chase: the subscription that kept billing after the trial, the internet bill that crept up $20 without a word, the overdraft fee the bank would reverse if anyone asked, the claim that was denied on a technicality. Chasing it takes calls, scripts and patience, so it does not get chased. Agents are good at exactly that work. Duesback finds what is owed, prepares the case, and gives a capable assistant the exact steps to recover it.
First product: a bill audit inside Meta's Muse
Duesback runs as a connector for Meta's Muse assistant. It reads the transactions a user chooses to share through Muse, finds forgotten subscriptions, padded phone, internet and TV bills, duplicate charges and refundable bank fees, and returns a playbook for each one: the channel, the number, the script, the expected outcome. Muse makes the calls and cancellations, with the user's approval at every step. Duesback is paid a share of what comes back, created only after the saving is verified and refunded if it does not stick within 90 days. Submitted to Muse's connector directory in September 2026.

The same agents for small businesses, starting with denied insurance claims and wrongful platform suspensions: the two places where a small operator loses the most money to a process built to outlast them.
How it's built
Cloudflare Workers, D1, Email Routing and static assets serve everything on this domain. Sign-in is a standards-based OAuth 2.1 server with PKCE and a device flow for agents. Payments run through Stripe Checkout; card details never touch our servers. The connector speaks the Model Context Protocol, so it works with any assistant that does; the tools are documented at duesback.com/tools. Docs and a weekly changelog are public at github.com/duesback/duesback.
