Duesback

Duesback for Dental · PPO Payback Program

Get paid for the crowns, buildups and SRP your PPOs denied.

We draft every appeal from your own chart. Your dentist signs, your office clicks submit. You pay nothing until a payer reverses a denial.

How it works

  1. Free Denial X-Ray. Send one denied crown, buildup or SRP claim, with no patient details. Within 1 business day you get the appeal letter, the narrative, the evidence that's missing, and whether a reviewer is likely to pass it.
  2. 30-Day Backlog Sweep. We work every crown, buildup and SRP denial that's still inside its payer's appeal window, through a read-only user in your practice software. Every packet is drafted within 30 days. Your office submits through your own portal accounts.
  3. Denial Guard. Ongoing: we check up to 40 crown, buildup and SRP claims a month before they go out, and we turn every new denial into an appeal packet within 2 business days.

What stays true

Who you'll work with

Free Denial X-Ray

One denied or downgraded crown, buildup or SRP claim. You'll get back a ready-to-send appeal letter, the narrative, a checklist of missing evidence, and our read on whether a reviewer would pass it.

Leave out who the patient is. No names, birth dates, member or claim IDs, or dates of service. Tooth numbers, codes and clinical findings are all we need. The form rejects anything that looks like an identifier.
